connection issues 3.19.2012

Howdy. I'm new here. I discovered TR just in time to get in on the cycle week. I've been able to grab every poke so far this week. However, I am unable to connect tonight. Nothing has changed on my end, as far as I can tell. Is anybody else having issues, or is the problem likely on my end?

Great site by the way. I enjoyed the welcome note particularly. So many pkm sites are pretty strict, I often feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Getting in on the TR events is fun too. Anyway, thanks in advance for any info regarding my issue.

Sometimes the server is currently busy with another transaction. It took me days to get Alex the first time. Keep trying.

There have been horrific problems today with connecting. For some reason, the python script that runs everything seems to love to hang and ping out the CPU. This causes everyone else to hang and be unable to connect. I'm trying to keep a watchful eye and be sure to fix it whenever I see the problem. It may be due to the immense popularity of this Eelektross, as I found with the last distribution of him, he's easily the most popular.

If you have further issues, feel free to PM me and I'll arrange a trade, usually works when people can't connect.

Super, thanks. I'm not so good with manually setting up routers and wifi and such. I'm always running into problems, so I wanted to make sure it was me before I started really getting into it(which I would like to avoid as much as possible xD ). It's funny that it happened with Elektross. He's one of my favorite Gen V sprites. I haven't gotten around to raising one of my own yet though.

I'm having issues again. I haven't been able to get the ditto. I've tried several times last night and today. I can connect to nintendo wfc just fine.

Mushroom and Kewkiez: PM me with your friend code's and I'll contact you as soon as I can to trade the ditto to you. Still need to stock up on 'em myself, personally :V

This ditto has been of such high demand I've never seen before. This script was meant to take multiple connections at once but it's staggering how many I'm getting. Sometimes it tends to hang for whatever reason (and it's definitely my/thescript's fault as it's shoddily made.) If I knew more Py, I'd troubleshoot what causes it to leak CPU and hang.

Anyway, I'll just keep resetting as much as possible.

I'll keep try! As somebody who really enjoys the breeding aspects of this game, it's one I'd definitely like to add to my collection. I can understand why it's so popular. Especially seeing as it's Jp.
